Hi Everyone,
As most of you may know, my partner's father, Mick Edwards (aka. O.M.E), died in 2010 of a lung condition which affected his breathing from childhood.
Along with some netball team pals, I am running the Horseplay 10k in the dark at the end of March...see the event details here:- http://www.ratraceadventure.com/notorious/hpindex.html
The money I hope to raise will take us a few steps nearer to raising £2000 (we have passed the £600 mark!!) for the British Lung Foundation, in order to help plant a memorial tree for Mick and help those who also suffer from chronic breathing conditions.
As a physiotherapist I treat individuals with breathing problems day in day out and your sponsorship can help improve their quality of life, by preventing hospital admission and helping them manage their condition more effectively.
